Hi Luma

Can you talk to your GL/Director to see what is expected of you??

Since you're job sharing, you will need to write obs and learning stories on the days you are working.... This is so you can evaluate experiences that you have added and included onto the program for the children you look after. I'm sure these will be different from the other qualified staff in the room. Also, this will also give you an opportunity to document what the children are experiencing during your time... even if it is only 2 days a week. You should at least be getting an hour of planning time so you can complete this...

Hope this helps,
