Hi

I have graduated with Cert III ( Melbourne, Victoria)and am currently employed as a floater at a Centre but need more hours. I am hesitant to use agencies but realise that I will need to. Can people give me their opinions on their experiences with agencies and which ones I should avoid? Any feedback is appreciated. 

I am in Sydney but when searching for a job I realised that some centres prefer going through an agency themselves. Meaning when you apply for job directly through the centre they refer you to the agency. I've been to a few agencies over my time and from my experience they have all been professional and straight forward. They will assist you in getting a job and give you feedback on interviews and tips to improve etc.
