Hello I am stuccoed this question for NQF Inclusion of all children.

It would be great if you could help me..

write 2 relevant section for "Inclusion of all children" from NQF

I have wrote

Regulation 74:

Documenting of child assessments or evaluations for delivery of educational program

For the purposes of the educational program, the following must be documented

for a child preschool age or under—

assessments of the child's developmental needs, interests, experiences and participation in the educational program

but I could not find any of them related for that in NQF (only National Law and National Regulations)

There are some for NQS and EYLF but there is a section for that, so I already filled them in, It has to be from National Law or National Regulations.

Thank you.

NQF includes:

National Quality Standards
National Law and Regulations

Have you checked the NQS as yet?

Lorina,
Thank you for your reply!

However, there is the section for NQS and I can't fill it with,
Tere is blank for
 ○ National Regulation/Law
 ○ NQS
 ○ EYLF

2 answers from each :(

and i already filled in
1× national law/ regulation
2× NQS
2× EYLF

so i need 1 more answer from national law/ regulation, though I do not think they've got any related to any more:(

Maybe you can also include:

Part 4.5 Relationships with children

155 Interactions with children

An approved provider must take reasonable steps to ensure that the education and care service provides education and care to children in a way that—

(a) encourages the children to express themselves and their opinions; and
(b) allows the children to undertake experiences that develop self-reliance and self-esteem; and
(c) maintains at all times the dignity and rights of each child; and
(d) gives each child positive guidance and encouragement toward acceptable behaviour; and
(e) has regard to the family and cultural values, age, and physical and intellectual development and abilities of each child being educated and cared for by the service.
