Cooking Area – Cooking experiences teach children how food is prepared and cooked and how it contributes to their health and well-being. For example children can share how food is prepared at home , which elements their family uses to cook, and which food products their families choose to use, Example Italian families have veggie garden and they use a lot of tomatoes in their food, greek use a lot of pastry and cheese, when Spanish a lot of cold cuts, Mararoccan and Indian use a lot of spices and so on, Italian and Spanish mom and grandma spend a lot of time in the kitchen per day,,,
can be use as a role play as well playing as mom, dad, grandma or my dad who is a Dr or my mom who is an artist or a chef.
