Hi im having abit of trouble with this question.

as the authorised supervisor you recently asked families for feedback on the service policies/procedures and have received a large amount of feedback. outline how you will review the feedback and report the results to the relevant stakeholders

For reviewing feedback you can collect and make a list of all the positives and negatives and then use this information to find out what needs improving and what your families are happy with. For feedback given that requires improving of the centre, put strategies in place that enables you and the centre to handle those concerns...With the information collected you can email, add the info to the newsletter, or send out a informal letter to relevant stakeholders...
