Risk Assessment - footwear

Hi all,

I have been asked by my director to complete a risk assessment on footwear in childcare, as we are looking into changing our policy to include no shoes or sandals to be warn by educators. is there somewhere I can look online to help me complete this assessment, or any information or if you have implemented something like this that you can share with me would be greatly appreciated.
