Usually when a child has diarrhoea 3 time within a service then that means that they could have an infection so the child's would need to be called to come and collect their child to take to the doctor.

My asnwer for that questiin was I would call Clara s parets to infrom the situation and ask rthem to pick her up as she might have an infeccio, and Clara can be taken to the Drs to assess her situation

But My assesor say is Wrong

This is the note of the assesor,

You are doing the right thing by calling the parents , putting nappies in bin and disinfecting the area, however what other steps would you need to take to whist this child is still in your care to ensure proper health and safety of the child and service. Please refer to section 4 of learner guide

I would need help wit this question

thans in advance

- Disinfect toys that the child plays with
- Give the child plenty of water
- Check the child's nappy often
- Take the child's temperature to see if the child has a fever
- Give the child bland food
