For these questions, the responses can be found in the scenario itself...

For example:

a) the rationale included that the trainees did not have the appropriate knowledge, experience or understanding of child development to develop the program.

b) she spoke to the manager, she spoke to staff etc.

AS I mentioned when reading the scenario you can find the responses to the questions...

Cause before your response, i'v checked my text book ,but still could not find the answer.It was Really confused me.
