4. You have forgotten to send two of the children for their transition visit and the team leader from the next room has told the other educators you are incompetent.

Question:

What workplace policy will help you in this situation?

The policy would be Staff Grievance policy but does anyone have more information about it so i can elaborate on it?

workplace policy I will need in this situation is the ‘Staff Grievance Policy’. This policy ensures that conflicts and grievances are resolved fairly. It values a code of ethics and conducts as well as no discrimination and further investigation.
