identify ways to share information and support educators and other staff to increase awareness of their service in relation to the NQS.

Such things as -

- information booklets with each QA and examples
- information on the staff notice boards
- getting staff to read the centres QIP
- getting staff involved in staff meetings etc.

not sure if I understand how the QIP will help with NQS awareness....?

When developing a QIP, you need to rate your service against the NQS and the National Regulations. It will help educators to understand what Quality Areas they are implementing within the service and what Quality Areas need to be changed or improved...
