I was wondering if anyone knows the answer for this. I've been looking everywhere and I can't seem to find the answer. What can I do in a kindergarten with an associate degree? There is this institute that offers it, but it seems to me that with that qualification I would still be, as a Diploma qualified, a kindergarten assistant. So what is the difference between the Diploma and the Associate Degree then? Sorry if my question is too silly

No it's not a silly question! With your associate degree you can work in a centre as a room leader as well as a director and you can even work as a teachers aide at a school. You can also work as a guidance counsellor and a child social worker... So you do have many different opportunities to work with children and it's not limited to being a teacher...

Hope this helps!
