who is responsible for menu planning in your early childhood service?

is it like parents; because some are Muslims who cannot eat/feed their children non-halal.

or does this question mean like the people who make food.. at the centres?

The cook was always responsible for the menu planning at every centre I worked at/managed. She always provided options for children with special dietary needs (ie. allergies, vegetarian, halal etc). Hope that helps

The cook is responsible. The are given the special dietary requirements by the Director and based on these requirements they create their menu...
