Words To Encourage Participation Of A New Child

Hi guys, just wondering if you can give a little bit of help here. I am in part C of Activity 2 (CHCECE021 Implement strategies for inclusion of all children), I have answered most of it; like what Auslan, COMPIC and Makaton is but this particular question does confuses me " 4.What are three useful words you can learn, to encourage the participation of a new child at your service?' it does not say here the new child has communication difficulty.
