Use communication to build relationships.. Currently stuck on aa few questions , and also
need to do a role play
Task
Part A - Recorded role play
Record a 3-5 minute role-play that will be between a fictitious client/worker and yourself. Your role will be to engage the client/worker with your basic communication and listening skills in order for the client or worker to explore a difficult situation. Submit your video/audio presentation by uploading it into the system for listening or viewing.
Part B - Obtain feedback from a peer
Obtain feedback from your client/worker after your role play using the template provided. This will need to be scanned and uploaded back into the system.
Has anyone done this unit or project for community services or can help me with this unit.
