How would you as an educator encourage a child that clearly does not want to go out side to join in an organised outdoor activity?

I answered this question

Taking the child's favorite indoor toys that the child enjoys when he plays in indoors to encourage the child to play outdoors.

But my teacher not happy this answer

Please help me for this question.

Thanks,

Kalyani.

The questions asks how you can encourage a child to play the activity you organised outside when they don't want to go outside.

Think about what you would say or do to encourage the child to go outside with you. Maybe get them to help set up the activity, just watch until they want to join in, pick a special hat to wear outside, explaining that they cant be inside all alone, they can be with you until they're ready etc.

Hope this helps,
