This coming Monday I want to organise a meeting with my boss to discuss my wages, i am getting paid $18.06 at the moment to run a toddler room, its ridiculous. Im working so hard and have barely anything to show for it. Does anyone have any tips on how i should approach the situation or what to say when asking for a wage increase?? thanks!
