1: Staffing and allocation of staff being the main carer for Bianca I would ensure that we have a system in which I bond with Bianca through active play, I would communicate with Natalia and become knowledgeable about Bianca’s needs. I would also ensure that once Bianca is comfortable that I start to introduce her to other teachers to bond with if need be a time when I am not available to care for Bianca. I would ensure to implement Bianca’s favourite activities for example Reading books and stacking cups to create a trust environment for her to feel secure.
