I have successfully finished my Advanced Diploma!! I just want to say thankyou to everyone who helped and supported me with comments and different point of views, it was a great help and very muchly appreciated

Thankyou! yes im very proud and very excited to be finishing studying. Im not sure what i want to do now, maybe an assistant director position, but i do love the babies room

Congrats on finishing your Adv Diploma

You can still be an assistant Director and be the GL in a babies room, everywhere I have worked the assistant directors have been full contact teachers only doing purely management/admin in the absence of the Director.
